Covid Relieve

Being harassed on a daily basis due to payment break request. We app**** for payment relieve from Standard bank. We first awaited the letter from the company I am working for to send us the letter to notify us that we will have loss of income for the month of April. Same applies to May as well. We app**** for payment relief. First sending email as website stipulates and then when the Premier banker was back at work he said I can try phoning them on a number he gave me. The debit order went of a week later but the funds were not available. From then on I received daily sms's and weekly e-mails which I rep**** to stating I have to wait for notification from standard bank. Then I received phone calls from attorney's representing Standard Bank stating I need to pay the whole outstanding amount due to non payment. I tried to explain I cannot do that. We still need to pay school fees and all the extra's. Then I received a call from a manager and said I do not qualify for payment relieve due to the affect that I still receive more than R7000 income but If I take all three loans combined it is about R15000 which is less than what I am receiving salary. He will request that they review and try and consolidate the loans via restructuring if possible. I have not received a phone call from the loans department. Then I received another phone call from the attorney's representing Standard Bank and informed me again I still need to pay the whole outstanding amount to settle the whole loan. I lost it as how come they are not even listening. Not being bothered. So I am taking the process first here. Then I will take it further as far as possible due to the fact we paid the loans each month we could not afford to pay the loans and now I received email stating I will be debited both month's payments and both loans at end of may. There will never be enough money to cover or pay for school fees er even buy food.
