Covid 19 relief, debit orders still being deducted

I would like to express my concerns regarding Standard Bank, I made two calls to the call center to apply for a payment break due to Covid 19 and not receiving a full salary. On my first call I was told that I was pre approved and everything was in order and that no debit will be taken for the next 3 months, I then made a second call to confirm as I was worried that payment will still take place, I was assured that the payment break was in place. Today the debit order was taken from my account causing me to go into to a negative. Can someone please call me to let me know whats going on. Stress levels are already high due to Covid now having to make extra calls to resolve what was supposed to be in place is just adding more stress and expenses

Logged a Hello Peter on the 3rd of May and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. You have responded to the hello Peter with a standard response but nothing has been done to assist me. This service is unacceptable. What is the point in making arrangements but then sitting with these issues, your customers are not sitting with no income because of your error.
