COVID-19 POLICY FAILURE!

I recently paid up a RCP Revolving Loan. I have been on the phone and sent from pillar to post trying to close this account. I was told that I need to come in to do so. I explained that I am a single parent with a high risk toddler and therefore cannot come in during the Covid-19 pandemic as it would put my child at risk. I was met with a non-chalant "I dont care" response. I was also promised that a supervisor would contact me about it. That was almost a month ago. I have now been debited AGAIN despite the loan being paid up and I simply cannot afford that happening again. It is also unacceptable to expect me to expose my toddler to any potential transmission. Covid-19 has drastically changed the lives of many. Surely your policies can be amended in order to accommodate those who simply CANNOT come into a branch. UNACCEPTABLE!!! You are very quick to do what you can when it comes to getting things. But when it comes to treating your clients fairly and really assisting them, then it's radio silence.
