Covid-19 Payment Holiday Relief Lies.......................

Due to Covid-19 I was able to pay my debt until end April 2020, when the lockdown got extended, I knew I would not be able to afford my debt end May 2020, as I am self employed and was not working for 2 months prior to the lockdown because of an operation, so i made arrangements with Standard Bank, requesting a payment holiday, which was approved, i phoned in last Friday, to find out if all is in order with the payment holiday, the person that i spoke to confirmed that the system shows that the payment holiday has been approved, and all is in order, today all the Standard Bank debit orders went through, i phoned, the lady at confirmed that she sees the system reflects that there is a payment holiday approved, and they will reverse it, but it takes 14 working days, and there is nothing she can do about it........................I have R129.00 currently in my account, self employed, have not received any income for the last 4 months, I do not qualify for any relief offered by the government, I cannot claim UIF, how must I provide for my family for the rest of the month? Really took the time to make arrangements with Std Bank as I knew I was in trouble, sad part is, to Std Bank I am just a nothing.
