Courteous resolution of my complaint

I had written a review to complain about poor service I had received from one business banker. The Standard Bank team helped me, they were professional and courteous. I have since removed my negative review to replace it with this one, since my impression of the bank has changed. They called me, assisted me and even gave me an update about how they were handling the situation. Thank you very much. There will always be imperfections in any system, I appreciate that my complaint was handled with kindness and professionalism.
