Courier Charges on Credit Card Deliveries

I just want to know, why I must pay R150 courier charges on a new credit card, after I was told in Dec I do not have to pay for it. I wanted to go and fetch my new Titanium card at Brackenfell - Old Paarl Road Branch, but it opened to late and I had to be at work 8am today. So I contacted Std Bank Card Division and asked them if they can rather courier it to me - so the lady says it will cost me R150. So I said to her, that then I will rather fetch my card at Milnerton Branch closer to my work. I still want to know, why I was told in Dec, that I will not pay courier charges, but today I was told R150. I am an old client - I am sure they can courier it to me, free of charge!!!
