Could not get a homeloan statement from Standard Bank Call centre
I Called in to get an updated Statement , on my Home Loan , the operator verified me , but then cant send to my current address a new statement as the one system has a diffrent email , keep in mind i do recieve statement on my gail address, but if i ask for a manual statment it cant be done , now i have go to the bank , we are in 2025 , a stetement should be a easy thing ,, just yet again shocking service from Standard Bank , what a bad bank
