Corporate companies .. robbing us blind

I am a standard bank customer for many years and I am very upset , as a client I think it’s very unfair that they allow companies to go into your bank account and try to debit you on days that the debit order is not meant to go off, they then charge a penalty fee, it’s been happening time and agin and I still have got any feed back from them as to why they are allowing Telkom access to my account whenever it suits them to debit irrelevant of weather the bill is settled or not . this is highly ******* banking practices in my opinion. I am feed up with these corporate companies robbing us blind .
