Copy of contract

Good day

Please assist and send me a copy of my contract of the cheque account and loan contract that was opened with Standard Bank. I would like to be assisted with information on when I defaulted on my payments which debt agencies was my account handed over too.

I am trying to resolve a case where a debt collector is advising that it is collecting on behalf of Standard Bank and I have it on record that I do not have active accounts or outstanding amounts with Standard bank.

Nimble group have advised that they have requested the information from Standard Bank and they are waiting on your turn around time. Their reference is SBD046317 // SBSA.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
