While I am highly impressed with your service and the efficiency of your personnel, I must withhold a perfect rating due to a single inconvenience. The inability to link a PayPal account directly to a bank account necessitates using a different financial institution solely for this purpose. Implementing such a linkage would undoubtedly attract a younger demographic seeking a more streamlined financial experience. After all, convenience is paramount in today's world.
