CONTRACT FOR VEHICLE FINANCE STILL NOT RECEIVED

I called Standard Bank last month to find out why on my statement the term of contract for my vehicle finance showed as 73 months and not the 72 months I signed up for, they said they would email the contract I signed. It's been a month now and I still have not received that contract, Standard Bank is the most useless and unresponsive bank I have ever comes across. I had to beg them to send me monthly statements and now I have to beg them to send me the contract, one of the biggest mistakes I did was choosing to finance my vehicle through them and not Wesbank or MFC.
