Contract Extende by three months till to date

I have been writing with no positive response from Standard Bank since June and I have a response from Petersen who said I am owing R14 426 as of June and a discount/ write-off of R829 but they haven't done that. They have been debiting R5 027.58 since and I am wondering that they do not see any wrong doing from their side instead they are continuing *****ing my money on a monthly bases without sending me any statements. It was this Petersen who last send me. No one is taking responsibility regarding my account, I have the email with the balance but they debited still my monthly instalment. I hope not to have anything in future with your institution you are the worst finance ever in my life. Very disgusted by your service,
