Continuous "technical errors" when trying to log in

I have had numorous problems in the last couple of months on any day and any time, to log into my profile. On avarage it would take 2-4 attempts to log in due to "technical errors", even sometimes without success which results in failure to transact. This has happened the last 4 consective months on the evening of the first of the month as I was trying to transfer funds between accounts for debit orders on the first. Tonight again I was not able to transact once I was logged in, then I was kicked off and not able to log in at all! And I need to pay Prov Tax and do transfers for tomorrow's debit orders! I took screen shots and will hold STB liable for penalties.
