CONTINUOUS HARRASMENT

So, i lodged a complaint against Standard Bank on this platform and they responded, however theb harrasment did not stop, it is actually now worse than i though. Today i received Documents from Hollard in agreement with STD Bank stating that i have agreed to a policy. I need STD BAnk to stop harrassing me please. And i also need them to send me proof that i have an agreement with them and Hollard and that i actually gave permission to them to debit my account on the 27th Nov 2020 the amount of R 443.71. Should this transaction happen this will be deemed as *****ing because i did not agree or sign any mandate for them to take my money. I have sent my complaint to them and i am being ignored. I believe that when you mention "Finance Agreement" which means two parties has reached an agreement and in this case i did not. I am still wait for proof of when STD Bank first asked for this so called "Proof of Insurance", then we will talk. So was Standard Bank not thinking when they released the car to me in 2017 and request documents in 2020? As my last resort, i am asking STD Bank to come and take the car, because i will not pay Hollard or send anything to STD Ban. Make an appointment and come get the car please, i am sick and tired really
