Continuous harassment for payment already made

<p>I missed the April payment on my vehicle finance but I made payment with the reference number provided only four days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequently I have been constantly harassed by Standard Bank (endless phone calls and text messages) for the past six weeks regarding this payment. Despite sending the proof of payment to two different agents my payment still has not been allocated.</p>
