Continuous debit order after paid up letter and added to credit bureau again for an account that is paid up

I paid up my loan with standard bank and requested that they close it and clear me with all relevant bureaus,sent them the paid up letter to my surprise 2 months later they were still debiting from me.Made numerous enquiries with their personal lending department also went to the nearest branch, lodged a dispute with experian which was resolved in my favor. My credit profile was updated eventually and they stopped debiting for a month thn started again,I went to my bank to cancel the debit order and they lodged a dispute but standard bank was still debiting to my surprise this morning when I checked my credit profile I find Standard Bank appearing there and it shows that I am in arrears with the amount that I paid off.My credit score has dropped because of this.Am on credit bureau again and this is infuriating.
