Continued great service received from Thany Masetla

I'd like to thank Thany Masetla from Standard Bank's Prestige banking division for his continued great service.

I was at the point of taking my business elsewhere due to the bank's double standard, some of it's ridiculous staff and the fact that it claims to move people forward but does not actually care.

Thany continued to be of great service, giving support and excellent advise. Going the extra mile and always caring enough to follow up even if the matter is not in his capacity.
