Contacting Std Bank Home Loans

I had a tedious time trying to send my request to fix our homeloan interest rate asd the email address I was given 'bounced' back. When I called in today, 27 Jan 2022, I spoke to Mpumelelo Maqaqa and he kindly supp**** me with his work email to send this request of mine along to the relevant department as this is what they supposed to do as he told me. I was grateful and emailed Mpumelelo, but then Std Bank have in their email security to quarantine certain email addresses, fair enough but I had to call Std Bank to release this email. It felt like another tedious stretch to get this request across. I got through to a gentleman who placed me on hold until my call cut out. I called back and Patrick gladly assisted me, during the call my call cut again but Patrick called me back, I was grateful and he has assisted me. Thank You Patrick and Mpumelelo for trying to make this a memorable experience as my customer journey with Std Bank was getting dark rather fast.
