Contacting personal banker

I am supposed to have a personal banker at Standard Bank. I don't have her direct contact number (only the call centre number) or her correct Email address (it was changed sometime and I was not aware of it). How personal can such a banker be.<br> <br> I tried contacting her via the call centre today. Twice the phone rang until it went \dead". Not return to the call centre"
