Contacting a branch and branch hours

Getting hold of branch: I needed to get hold of the Forex dept at Standard Bank Blue Route Mall. There are no direct telephone numbers to the branch and you have to the call centre to get a number as Standard Bank's web site does not list Branch telephone numbers. The numbers they gave me were not correct and you cannot call a person directly at the bank.<br> <br> Banking hours: I have to take 2 hours off work in order to get to my bank's branch before they close at 3,30pm, which I didn't manage today as the traffic was terrible and I was 2 minutes too late. I cannot do banking on a Saturday as it is my Sabbath and Standard Bank is not open on a Sunday. There are other banks who are open until 4pm and on Sundays and I am seriously considering taking my business there as it would be far more convenient (even though I have been a loyal Standard Bank customer for many years). Very frustrated with Standard Bank!
