Hope you have all the patience in the world. i have been trying to trace documents sent to Potchefstroom but i have held on for 19 minutes and then 17 minutes thereafter just to get hold of the person who originally sent the documents. So can Pinki from Standard Bank Vaal Mall branch please contact me very urgently so that we can trace those documents? I have been holding on for another 11 minutes and have not spoken to anyone.
