Contact details removal

Good day I have a credit card with standard bank and was not employed and now just found a contract job and made an arrangement with them to pay the account, I advised the lady I called Nadine that the number I used to call her is not my number is a department number and she went ahead and updated that number ob my credit bureau profile and that has created a lot of problems for me with my manager that he is considering to terminate the contract and I’m struggling to get a job due to bad credit record and if I lose this job I won’t be able to pay that account . Can they please remove those numbers as they are not my numbers , they are shared by more 30 people and it is causing problems for me, I’ve been her for a month and already I’m constantly on the phone taking personal calls.
