Consultant did not return Passport

<p>After changing my adress at Cape Town Parow Branch, the consultant handed back my proof of adres documents, however my Passport was not returned with the documents. I had to use my lunch break and was already late returning to work thus rushing and not checking the documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I attempted to call the branch back a couple of times to determine if the document could be returned to me but was holding on for 15 mins each time, this is time I cannot afford to take away from work.</p>
