Consultant advised that its not his problem!!!

I just came back from Standard Bank Brandwag now and I was referred to the most useless consultant by the name of Willem, this guy told me that its not him who debited my account but Standard Bank, this guy was ****** and didn't take me into consinderation, he made me irate and I told him where to Get Off, Standard Bank Im not going to rest till I get my money back from you *******!!! And your pathetic customer services!!!
