Constant unnesesarry calls

Can someone please explain to me, why after years of flawless payment towards my account I am suddenly getting daily calls from you guys to find out which date your getting paid. Apparently the only answer I have is unacceptable.<br> <br> Last week Wed/Thurs before 8 I got a call while getting ready for work, a woman asking all sorts of verification questions I no longer remember the answers too, who then tells me after not being able to find my ID I need to go to the branch, which I refused. Miraculously she could find it after that.<br> <br> Again yesterday she called and again I could not answer the verification questions as I have not used this account in years, so what detail you have I do not know and frankly do not care. After 3+ years to now suddenly get these calls for no logical reason what so ever.<br> <br> You guys will not get hold of me on my cell, as I blocked your building, and with the exception of yesterday, owning to internet problems at work, I am not home during the day. Stop calling and asking stupid questions. The only thing that will achieve is to **** me off into stopping payment.
