Constant Harassment by drunk people at ATM
the ATM for Barkly East Standard bank is right next to the liquor store . this leads to constant harassment by drunks and intoxicated customers to anyone using the Standard Bank ATM . the ATM needs to be moved to a SAFE AND SECURE POSITION where customers can draw money without be Harassed
