This excellent rating is for a lady by the name of Constance Ntoyi at the Standard Bank HELDERBERG branch. I must emphasize, this rating is for her service only and not the branch in general, as their rating is not even worthy of one star, as can be confirmed by many other reviews. The general service has over the past 2 years taken a spiralling decline in customer service, staff attitude, knowledge and process efficiency. This is where Constance Ntoyi outshines her colleagues. She was friendly yet professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to easily navigate through a fairly complex situation with which I presented her. Well done Constance! You are worthy of a 5 star rating!
