Congratulations Standard bank
Standard bank, I have to congratulate you. Although it took a bit of time, my complaint was sorted out satisfactorily. I got a home loan 3 years ago and ceded a policy to cover the bond. Standard bank still added the homeowners insurance monthly. I complained about it, and they have reversed the insurance amount and interest on that. Well done Standard bank.
