Conflicting Advise / No Advice

<p>Firstly i would like to mention that I emailed my Personal Banker twice on Friday 02 Sept and to date has not responded. Please advise what the purpose of a Private Banker is? </p> <p>Secondly I was not informed that when transferring cash from my Revolving Credit Loan - that I needed to ensure I transfer the full available amount. In any event i tried and wasnt able to. I tried to transfer the balance available and was unable to. I called the call centre on ***today 06/09 and was advised that i needed to go into a branch so that they could do the transfer. I spoke to a gent in the prestige banking section who advised he couldnt assist. He wasnt helpful at all. He sent me to the Services department where i was informed that this transfer was not possible. I wasted 45 minutes going into the bank. Why would I be told telephonically it could be done. And when i go into the branch tell me it cannot be done. This is very frustrating. I need some one to call me with regard to this matter. </p>
