Confirmation of employment
I am in the process of buying a car and my dealership told me that they are still waiting for Standard Bank to verify with my employer. However, I had followed up with my employer and they told me that they have not received any call or email regarding my employment confirmation. For vehicle finance, the verification process shouldn’t take so long. As an existing client, I don’t think my needs are prioritised
