confirmation letter for arrangement made

I phoned in to make a payment arrangement requesting for proof of arrangement to be sent to a child school for financial assistance. Grace advice to pay R500.00 as an indication of my arrangement and fax proof of payment, which was done on the 30/04/2015.<br> To date I haven't received the letter as promised, but an email that says I won't be getting the letter as I need to make further payments which was not the discussion we had. I could have paid the R400.00 for my child school fees as they needed the letter before the 15/05/15. My child is out of school as we speak due to her not honouring her side of the deal.<br> Could someone please get back to me asap as I need the letter before COB today? <br>
