Con-artist of a bank

I would give you a -5, but unfortunately thats not an option on Hello Peter. I approached standard bank because I wasnt coping with my debts, however even though all the accounts they needed to consolidate are with standard bank and i completed the required way before my debt dates, they felt it fit to leave the biggest debt unpaid and debt me for the consolidated amount. Now i find myself 7 days later without my refund, even though i bank with them
