Good day

I went to Standard Bank Sandton City to deposit some cash and to my bitter surprise the ATM didn't process my deposit,the screen showed an error message "money retracted"🙉

I was so shocked,anxious and nervous at the same time that I called the security instead of the lady at the help desk.

She referred me to one of the tellers,Jean Miller. I'm sure he noticed the anxiety on my face 😓

He called my name and as I walked to his station I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, the minute I told him what happened he immediately started reassuring me and telling me that everything will be okay.

He walked me through the entire process, explained everything in detail and even changed the topic at times just for me to be comfortable and take my mind off what just happened.

I logged the request at 12 and by 5 I received confirmation that it has been sorted.

It was a real pleasure having been assisted by Jean, his customer service is excellent, people skills Sky high and personality one I'm envious of 😅
