Compliment and thank you.
I would like to compliment and thank Leanert at the Hendrina, Mpumalanga, branch for her efficiency in assisting me with various queries regarding my debit card and online banking problems on Thursday, 17 July 2025. She also helped my son and husband with their queries on the same day. The three of us sat in her "cubicle", and she patiently guided us, individually, through each step in resolving our problems. It's always a pleasure to be helped by this charming lady.
