I visited Standard Bank Vaal Mall on the 06 November 2023 and was assisted by a kind lady by the name of Violet Se***a. I just want to send this compliment and say that I appreciate her humility, I appreciate her kindness and her compassion. I recently lost my Baby brother in an accident, and I loved how she assisted me and my Mom after the Evaton Manager had given us a stinking service.

Nevertheless, Violet I hope you know that Standard Bank has a gem in you. You are everything that the Bank, their stakeholders and customers need. May God bless you and I hope you get 'Beyond excellence' for going a million extra mile to help my grieving mother and I. I appreciate you Sisi, may God/Allah protect you and your family.
