Complicated, inferior, Snails pace - Standard Bank

<p>Our company deal with import and export, as we a small company we thought standard bank is just the right people to help us as banking is not our fort'e, and after all their motto is "simpler better faster". Moved all our accounts to this bank, and it is needless to say we have been struggling ever since, a few weeks ago I requested an update from the "employees assigned by standard bank" regarding a Letter of Credit payment, only to get a general response and a telephone number that I must use for future queries. I then politely requested from the employee what does this mean? Should I not request info from you and rather call the call centre? I still have not had an answer, I even copied the executive who clearly does not have their customer interest at heart! Then I logged an official customer complaint, and copied the operational director, guess what? Weeks later NO INTEREST AT ALL.</p>
