Completely useless business banking
Completely useless business banking - I have been trying to complete the FICA for my Business Account - I have questions on what to supply, the call centre doesn't answer, my business banker neither answers their phone nor responds to emails the online form that I need to fill in doesn't work. How on earth am I meant to submit the information they have asked me for. I think 1 Star is far to generous. Could someone from Standard bank please contact me and stop wasting my time with their non existent service?

21 May 2024, 14:09It is almost 24 hours since I have been contacted by the Standardbank Hello Peter team and still no contact from my business banker or Standardbank who can answer the simple questions I have regarding FICA documentation requested by Standardbank. All I get are apologies and automated responses? I have sent my account number as requested but nothing..... How long does it take you to get someone to answer my simple questions?
