completely useless bank

<p>i loaded banking details on my home loan for a debit order to go through, this month i see my debit order didnt go through when i call Emelda told that someone deleted my banking details and there's no way she can find out who and why? why on earth do we have rendom people deleting things in our accounts? that is a big RISK can we even trust that this bank? your stupid consultant xant even check who did it. i work for IT and i feel my issue will need to be taken to forensic for investigation and making sure that my account hasn't been put at RISK. can someone fix this urgent before i escalate it</p>
