Completely digusted by how you treat your clients, my Aunt is a proxy for our family stockvel which we had a family funeral. She visited your branch in Thabong shopping centre to trigger a payout so that we are able to bury my father. As the queue was long and she is a Covid-19 survivor AND 61 year old, she requested if she could maybe be assisted urgently so that she does not stand there long.

This was escalated to the branch manager which she was then CHASED away because she had Covid-19, she was treated like a ******** and like she is going around infecting people. HOW DARE YOU!! This is completely unacceptable and truly cannot believe this is how you trick your clients, is our business not big enough??? She was honest and just wanted assistance so that she can bury her brother and not ridiculed and be made a mockery of just because she is a Covid-19 survivor.
