Complete lack of customer service
<p>I have a home loan with Standard Bank and with it two policies, I have been trying to have these policies cancelled since March 2015 but so far only managed to have the one cancelled. I have since repeatedly tried to have it cancelled and I have been "assisted" by various consultants, each time with the same outcome... complete silence and no closer to having the policy cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
