Complaint..very disappointed with Standard bank.

I'm very disappointed about Standard bank. I trusted this Bank considered it as a biggest bank and helpful bank but today I'm so disappointed. For the past few years I had difficulties of life I lost job and everything went upside down as a results my accounts became in Arreas and my credit score became low. On the first of March 2023 I got permanent employed and I managed to pay all my accounts in full and got paid up letters however my credit profile is still not updated accordingly there is one credit card that shows as arrears but I do have paid up letter for it. I have been calling Standard bank and went to the branch several times begging them to give me a loan however they declined all my applications but absa managed to give me credit card and R20000 loan while credit score still low because they felt my situation and understood where I come from. I have pleasing Standard bank to approve a loan of R150K since I still trying to sort out my life after loosing job and consolidate this Absa loan so that I have one loan under them hence I am banking with them but still denied. It seems like Standard bank does not care about their clients and I am very disappointed. Next month I'm thinking to leave this bank. Last week I lost my grandmother I also went to Standard bank again so that they can help me with an urgent loan but still no assistance.I am so disappointed with this Bank I trusted it a lot but today no.
