Complaints ResolutionCentre ignoring clients again

It seems the Complaints Resolution Centre only responds to complaints if you post it here on HelloPeter, otherwise they would just ignore emails. <br> <br> <br> The same problem happened again were by R6000 gets deducted from my account again (Refer to Complaint reference number: ***). Standard Bank please do the necessary and have my money transferred back to my account like you did previously, and this time make sure it does happen again!<br> <br> Please read people's email complaints, Its almost a month now no response.<br> <br> <br> I'm tired of complaining about the same thing.
