Complaints

Hi today I was at Standard bank at new market.I was there for the verification and asking for a stamp because I don't have an account with them.I waited there for almost an hour on the queue mind you there was one teller working,I ended up leaving because I was not receiving any help. What hurts me is that there were also pensioners and there were not considered as well.I so wish they could try to improve their service.
