Complaint worried and shocked

So I was unemployed last year from February 2017 till May 2018. I got divorced last year aswell. I don't own anything as I left my ex husband with everything. I have 2 children that I support. I had to apply for exemption of school fees as I cannot afford it. I didn't have access to make calls either. If you look in my Standard Bank cheque account you will see that there has been no activity thus far. Two days ago I received an email from the Attorneys that Standard Bank has handed me over for legal matters. I have 10 days in which to make a payment of R5520-00 or the sheriff will come and take me assets and sell them off. I was in such shock when I emailed the attorneys I informed them that I can only make a payment of R500 they said No Standard Bank wants a monthly payment of R5520. I have not once received an email from Standard Bank regarding this before they wanted to hand me over. If I did receive one I would have made the payment arrangements already preventing all this. I do not have access to call during working hours as I recently started working . Please can someone call me with regards to this urgent matter otherwise they are going to have to sell me as I do not own anything.
