Complaint still not resolved since April!

In April I complained on HelloPeter about smses re credit card amounts payable and balance available being sent to my cell for the wrong credit cards. This has still not been resolved and since then I have received yet another sms! I have been in contact with Thabisile Nxumalo who has been very polite and seems to have tried very hard to get to the bottom of this. However, I still have not received an email or call from her or anyone else to tell me that this matter has finally been resolved. She said that no smses had been sent from the Collections Dept. Fine... but where are they coming from??? I would like to know from Standard Bank that they have established where the smses are originating (I don't need to know this, but surely they can find this out? I have provided her with the numbers from which they are being sent),and that the smses have been directed to the proper cell numbers. This complaint requires closure. I am not impressed by being told that this matter has been 'escalated'.
