Complaint resolved.

I previously voiced my complaints and frustration on Hello Peter regarding a burst geyser. Saudah Hendricks, an insurance claim consultant from Standard Bank is truly and asset to the company. She was open and honest in her dealings with me. She was very professional and followed through on everything she said she would do and kept me in the loop along the way. Standard Bank need many more Saudah Hendricks's.
