Complaint Resolution Centre ignores complaints

It is 2nd complaint I am posting on Hellopeter website. The complaint addressed on 02/02/2016 has not been attended. Please refer to the complaint reference ***.<br> The issue has NOT been resolved since 29/01/2015. All my emails go unanswered. The post on the current website is not attended. Does Standard Bank Complaint Resolution Centre actually resolve complaints???<br>
