Complaint regarding poor service at Standard Bank Maponya mall
I am writing to express disappointment with the service we recieved yesterday dispite us having made an appointment with a representative earlier in the week
We were treated with utter disrespect and unprofessionalism as we had go wait more then an hour after our scheduled appointment. No one even came to give us an update as to the status regarding our appointment
We will be forced to consider taking our business else where
