Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

My overdraft account has been handed over to McRoberts attorneys, I was told to make arrangements with them and pay a certain amount according to our agreement which I did but now Standard bank took the money R9200 in my account that is not even my salary, the amount was for our society.

Even the attorneys have no idea why standard took the money but the account was handed over to them. I've tried calling Standard bank, went to the branch several times, they said I should sent the motivational letter which I did but even today no one knows why my money was taken from my account and still not refund.

My Issues is being sent from one employee to another with No resolution.
