Complaint

I went to a standard bank brank in King William's Town Metlife Mall to open account, I had already spoken to Abongile Camagu who is an employee of Standardbank. He had told to me to pop in whenever I had time. When I got there I spoke to a lady called Nolonwabo. She was rude and made me look like what I was telling her was all lies. She said Abongile is a consultant she does not have appointments. She made such a scene as a result I was so embarrassed to even wait for him. I told her that I don't like how she is doing, she started shouting and mocking me in front of other clients. If this is how you treat your clients I am sorry I will not bank with you
